If you need to find out information on your accounts when the office is closed, you can do so by calling the Voice Response Unit (VRU) at the same number. You will be able to find out any information you need on your accounts. To access your account from the VRU System it will ask for an account number which is your account number with a zero at the end. Example: if your account number is 12345, you will enter 123450 as your account number. It will then ask for your password which would be the last 4 digits of your social security number.Follow the prompts to access the information. Another way to access your accounts is through Home Banking. You can access your accounts On-Line. Our site is safe and secure. To use Home Banking, you must call the Credit Union first at 516-766-0009 to set this up for you.
